We offer a 30-day return policy, providing you with ample time to evaluate your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days for a refund or replacement.

- For Customer Remorse:
- Find the return label included within the box for cases of customer remorse.
- Ship the Item Back:
- Ship the item back to the provided address within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Inspection and Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or replacement.
Shipping Fee: A flat shipping fee of $14 applies to all orders. This fee is non-refundable
Return Authorization: Please contact our customer service team at Support@motiveev.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including the shipping costs.
